Numerous representatives of school authorities, non-governmental organisations, cultural institutions and artists were involved in creative discussions and workshops. The aim of the meeting was to discuss cultural and educational opportunities in the Municipal Commune of Jarosław, the needs and expectations of the population, to discuss the idea and purpose of the public consultation and the basic principles of the Local Development program, and to fill out paper surveys and forms of comments and proposals for activities. On this basis, resources and assets of the existing offer were verified and also the new solutions were analyzed.
